I had the privilege of catching Kylie Gates' Body Flow class at Ballston last night. She gave us a sneak preview of the new release and it was BEAUTIFUL - start to finish! What a talented lady she is. Love the Aussies!

Wow, it was surreal seeing you at the Capitol Hill Golds today after BodyAttack. I thought that was a freestyle kickboxing class so I didn't bother bring my MMA gloves. (I sweat so much I have to use gloves for all cardio classes).

Is there any chance you're taking over that slot? Capitol Hill hasn't had a BC class on the schedule since Ibsen was teaching there a long time ago.

Congratulations on finishing your video. Maybe I'll see you at some BC 37 launches (although I'll still sing along when other instructors are teaching).

I'll have to show you more pics from the SuperQ; there are some awesome ones!

We do need to team teach again; it feels like it has been forever! Maybe during one of your Sunday night classes, I can get over to SA and Pump it up with you! Anytime you want to team with me (Wednesday or Friday) just come on by!

I really need to make it over to your new Combat class; I think that is the only format I haven't tried! I do remember from the June Quarterly, "tiger claw, no kitty cat claw." Watching me try Combat for the first time will surely brighten your day; everyone deserves a good laugh:)
