I had to try the new squat track in the latest release - mini squats - ribs were not very happy - Back to just watching.
2 more weeks then the shoulder pin comes out! Can't wait for the green light, which will still be another 6 weeks.

Hi Laura,
Morocco was spectacular. We hiked up to a mountain lake above a town called Chefchaouen. The water was so cold you couldn't stay in it for more than 5 mins, which is probably a good thing as it's the water source for the village.
It was a fab vacation. Old world collides with new. I can't wait to go back.
