Qualified To Teach

How did I get into this? I was introduced to Jam by my best friend and an unbelievable instructor that I owe my whole being to. It must have been the combination of the love I have for dance and the way that the program made me feel, I Did not pass go went directly to training. Thank you for being my inspiration! Your the bomb.

I finally did it. I taught BC 36 all by myself. Very exciting and now the taping journey begins.

Well launched Jam and Combat on 8-1 with 2 awesome instructors. Mary team taught Jam 45 with me and launched Combat 36 with Susan. Such energy. Yesterday our future Flow instructors Leslie and Marsha got to shadow Flow 41 wich went great. Cant wait to see them teach their first class. =)

I get to Launch Jam and Flow today so this will be it for our great Launch weekend. Lets see if I make it through. lol

I got to Team teach with Becca and man that was fun. What energy she brings to the table. I more I teach ore I just want to unleash from within... Launch is coming and 3 programs this time around. Boy is this going to be fun.

Well its officially. I have started my journey in becoming a combat instructor. I taught for the first time at the amazing workout today and it was scary but amazing. I had so much support and I am so grateful to have people who care and believe in me. The BC fire has been lit and I dont see it burning out anytime soon so here we go!!!!

Well I finally did it! Made it through combat training this weekend with 2 of the best combat trainers and 11 awesome people. Boy did they give us H3ll but it was worth all the blood and sweat. I was definetly pushed to my limit and I soon learned that my love and respect for BC was greater than I realized. This love and respect definetly took me to the finish line and I can proudly say that I made it through and have become a BC instructor.

Thank you Jen for keeping me focused and strong. Sheldon & Ben... Thank you both for being so passionate about Combat that you truly inspired this dancing fool to want to be a bad @ss. You have made me a stronger instructor. Thank you. Stay in the Fight!!!

Katrina	Hey chica! I'm doing great! Super busy but I love it :) I'll be home for thanksgiving and Christmas- but I have to have knee surgery on Christmas eve... boo! But I would love to see you when I'm home. I'll definitely give you a call when it gets closer! How are you? Life, Jam, Flow- all good??? I'm going through attack training next month - yay!
