What day is it exactly??? That is how life has been since Body Pump Cert... My quads are still recovering from that extremely tough weekend! Thanks to all the trainers (Justin, Brannon, Becky, Shelley & Jeremiah) you guys are AWESOME! I took the Monday after off to recoop. Tuesday when I walked in to Body Pump to start mirroring and the music started I almost ran out of the room! :o) My quads told me to but I didn't listen to them, I even added more weight. I thought to myself... self... as many times as you did Body Pump this past weekend you can do it once with no problems and so my quads decided they'd do it with me!

Since I work full time and have a wonderful seven year old son to take care of I've had a difficult time learning all the tracks. I think people on my drive to work think I'm crazy when they see my arms going up and down trying to learn them all but I work on them every chance I get... I know it will come easier the more I do it. I'm excited about this great opportunity to help people transform their bodies into what I know they can be!
