Yes! Definitely, let me know when you are coming through Omaha so we can hook up and get you to a class with me! My schedule is on my profile...Mon am at the Y and Tues/Thurs noon at Gold's. If you come when I am not teaching, that's ok too......we can just get together and chat and call up Kelly to join us if you want! I am also now on facebook if you want to look for me there too. (last name Daubach)

Good luck to your son with his add'l schooling! How awesome is that for him?

You ROCK! How about that pump class! You must of been on such a high! I love having packed classes and hope that your participants enjoyed the experience. You look hot in those boots!

Hey girl! How did all your launches go? are you still standing? Things have settled down a little in my schedule.....still subbing for someone else for the next couple of weeks which adds an extra day to my normal load, but I'm hanging in there......enjoying the fall weather and the new release. Hope all is well with you.

We finally meet each other at the Quarterly 15 months later! Isn't that destiny? I still remember we were trying to coach each other moving around the step without speaking a word. Hope we all do it better now. =)))

Wow! you have WAAAAAY more going on than I do with your upcoming schedule...makes me feel better mentally, although my body is starting to feel the effects of the past 5 days now!
You said you are envious of my having the biceps track, but I am envious of your triceps track! I wanted both of them, but I won't be picky cuz I will have ALL of them to myself soon enough! We do the same thing at my gyms too. At Gold's we have too many to have everyone launch, so they choose 5 to launch--3 on stage while the others are on the floor or floating...others can come and be in the crowd, but only 5 presenting. At the Y, everyone can come if they want, but it usually ends up that someone is not available, so we just make it work with whoever is there. If there is enough equipment, we all present the warm up, and then usually have 3 for each track after while the others float. That one starts on Sat at 7:15am, and my Gold's launch is at 10am.....oh motrin, I hear you calling my name in the afternoon when I come down from the adrenaline rush of launches!!

Thanks for the note. Good luck to your son in his big decision for school. How awesome that he has so many great choices...if he comes here, you definitely should look us up....maybe we can team teach with all three of us!!

I can just see you all doing pump in the car on your drive home....we were doing the same thing on the plane! I subbed today for Kelly's noon pump class, and I was still high from the wkd, so it was one of my best! I love it! I sub again tomorrow for someone else, and than have my own class on Thurs-geez! Talk about abusing my body, huh? I have Fri off and then launch at BOTH gyms on Sat-then back to my regular class on Mon again.......I hope I survive!

Hope your launch on Mon is rockin' hot! What tracks are you doing in pump? I have biceps and lunges at one gym and abs/cool down in the other. Have a great week~
