Well who would have thought this time last year, I'd say I'm a fitness instructor, let alone a BodyCombat instructor!

If you're up for a team teach, an extra for a launch or cover in the Surrey area, hit me up!

Currently teaching Saturdays at David Lloyd Epsom (10:30 am Studio 2).

Also might find me on a Thursday with Chris in Studio 1).

Hey Tim!

Day one down, day 2 starts in a couple hours! Just about to had out to have a big breakfast to fuel me for the day.

Was all good thanks. Lots of drills, more drills and did I mention the drills? :)

Today's all about coaching and presenting so no doubt will be doing like 3 straight classes so everyone can present their tracks. Glad I've only got track 5 and not 8!

Will keep ya posted, and thanks for asking!

Hiya,

I've been trying to work out how to get my DVDs onto Ipod for ages..can it really be that simple! Gonna give it a try in a mo. Got Pump and Spin tonight..almost got pump down, although I keep missing something in the warmup. Gonna have a cuppa and go back to it.

Balance tomorrow, loving this release although I find the timing tricky in places. I can't just feel the music and go with it like Pump and combat.

Meeting was cancelled with FF so I insisted that we did it over the phone. New manager v sympathetic, promised to look into it..yatter yatter... I emailed the contract over to them which states my payrate..told them that I will teach my regular combat class with them until the end of the month and then I'll let them know if I'm staying depending on my next pay. Also told them to find someone else for the new pump class I agreed to do before my Combat class on Wed. i've been covering it for 2 months but since i never got paid for it they can do one!
The old GFM sent me an email to warn me that they disagree with my payrate and they insist that i should accept a lower one... despite the fact I've email evidence of an offer from them.

I reckon my days are numbered with them, pity cos the are 20 metres from my apartment.

Oh well not the end of the world.

Hiya Tim,

How's yer weekend going? I'm back in Am'dam and it's so very wet. I have to go out on my bike in an hour..can't wait!

Back to work this week. Gotta re learn all my chorry ços i never got a chance to keep up my training whilst I was away and I forgot to take my DVD's with me..utter nitwit that I am..
My first work task tomorrow is a meeting with FF Premium. I'm going to tackle once and for all my pay complaint. for 4 months now they've payed me at the wrong rate. Now my manager and GFM have resigned whilst I was away and it's a bit of a mess.
I guess i'm spurred on also by the shoddy way they behaved whilst I was in London... what a company!

I hope I can resolve it cos that's where I teach combat, don't really want to loose my class, but I can only take so much.. They over payed me by 900 euros last year and I gave it back within few days...not cool the way they haven't reciprocated it.

any advice?

Hey, just saw your message - thanks for that! Still can't quite believe that I've actually passed....it's going to take a while to sink in.

I've been meaning to ask for ages (if it's not too nosey) but where does the LHR part of your nickname come from? I only ask as I spend a couple of days working on Bath Road right opposite Heathrow airport....

Hi Tim,

Yeah - one of our Combat instructors said that a 'master trainer' was coming back fromt the UK, and I put 2 & 2 together when I saw that post on LM.com.

I love BC37 - think it is the best yet! All the tracks flow together really well and it is my favourite release to date.
It's more of a killer on the legs than the heart rate.
You will love it!

A glass of lovely, comforting red wine would be just fab. i'd love a glass right now, but that would be dangerous tonight. I'm home alone and babysitting!!!

Just had a couple of invites to workout over the next few days. I should have been more organised, but it was a bit last minute. I held out too long for the guys at FF Baker st and I wasted 3 days...pity it didn't work out with them they are 200 metres away from where i'm staying.

You sound like you are having a fab time. Safe journey home man.
