Qualified To Teach

Mom and wife. BodyCombat and BodyStep trainer in Midwest. On my way to becoming a BodyPump trainer too!

In the pictures to the left you can see a picture of my mom who got me started in teaching by saying, "you could do that" while I was doing an exercise program at home. She didn't get to see me start my training career, but she encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks, Mom. :)

Just got back from a Pump training in Columbia, Missouri with fellow Pumper, Maria Long. She is a Starbucks looney!!! 4 Shots, not 5, with caramel drizzle on top. :)

Karla, Tara, Becky, Allie, Chris, Jeralee, Terry, Nicki, Curtis are all on their way to becoming amazing Pump instructors in Columbia and Colorado. Amazing talent and transformations!
