Hey you!
So, I'm guessing you are still in A-town? Agh so so so jealous!
Me? Wll, back at work (it's amazing how quickly you can get out of routine) and feel like I've been away like forever! Although, to be fair it was my first bit of time off since last June so it had been a while since my last break.
Hope you are still enjoying it over there. Remember to keep me updated with any goss!

Hey Lou,

You are most Welcome for the messages! No worries about when you responded, totally understand about being busy.
It is awesome to hear the LM instructors talk about why they teach and how rewarding it is. Well the offer still stands when you come to the US, I do not teach or coordinate at the Gold's Gym North Arlington any more, which is for the best since some bigger & better things are coming my way where I will still be teaching BodyPump and soon BodyVive but you will have a place to team teach or teach at where ever I am at. Talk to ya soon, take care and enjoy your holidays. BTW when are your holidays?

If you are ever in the US like the State of Texas, especially in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Area, let me know, we would love to have you come over and Teach or Team Teach BodyCombat, BodyAttack or BodyPump Class with us at the North Arlington Gold's Gym.
I thought I would send you our Club Info so if you do get a chance to come over you will know what is going on at that time. Can you let me know ahead of time when you are coming to the DFW area? Hey Lou, I like your pics and that is so Cool that they have a picture of you on the BC chorey book! So how long have you been teaching LM classes? It must be an Awesome experience to be able to go to and participate in the LM filmings. BTW have you been to the US? Hope to hear from you soon.

I dunno which filming I'm going to get to next now. My next trip will probably involve a follow on flight to The Netherlands, so not sure if I have time to plan it before November. Otherwise I'll definately be there in February!

Apparently February is also going to be huge, with the filmings coinciding with the global summit.

Watched the dvds last nite- fab memories!! Great shots of u and Donna in combat track 5. Just read on ur profile that ur pic is in the notes- good job!
