Cancer is defiant. So we're going to defy it. It's persistent. So we have to persevere. It's discouraging. So we must have courage. We are doing the LIVESTRONG Challenge - uniting people to pick a fight with cancer and to stand up for the nearly 12 million Americans living with cancer today.

Join the Les Mills RPM cycling team as we ride our butts off in an effort to further the research, find a cure and help support those families touch by cancer in one form or another.

The loudest voice out there is our resource; the Lance Armstrong, Live Strong Challenge in Austin Texas on October 26th, 2008. It's a mere 90 miles....

The North America RPM Trainers want to build a huge team and we can't do it alone! We want you to join us in the fight!

Felt strong from start to finish and didn't fade late in the race. Couldn't ask for a better day.

Ah..only 5 races hey..probably over a fortnight or something crazy!
Good luck with the ride..Meg's off to NZ to film in Nov..must be RPM 42(?) Haven't seen or spoken with her for ages, she missed the last round of Qs here as she was sick(:

I'm saving my pennies for a new toy..hoping the fruit of my loins don't decide they need something special, like food or clothes! They needed their rooms redone, and we're halfway, is it wrong when I tuck them in to say stuff like " sleep tight, on what would have been my front wheel.."?? RPM 40 going great guns, peeps are loving it.....you take care of you, hug LeighAnn for me ride like you stole it..and OH..we should all know in a couple of days if the man himself is coming to my neighbourhood for the Tour Down Under!!

Heather	Mark, Yes I am in on the LIVESTRONG ride, and can't wait! I've been riding the 6 small bumps we call hills in Corpus (the rest of the world calls them overpasses...we call them mountains) over and over and over.... Anyway, your words of encouragement spurred me on to join the team. Can't wait! Great ride with a great group for a great cause. What could be better? Heather

hey mark. sounds like you're keeping busy. me as well! loving it here. just took bodypump at les mills gym this weekend. missed rpm.. got the wrong time! but i just got my 'in' with the les mills boot camp. it's supposed to be nuts. running in water, push-ups, crunches in the ocean. crazy. sounds like you have ur hands full. good luck with everything coming up. my sister meg is coming in a month and we are doing a triathlon in NZ. run, bike, kayack. "multi-sport" should be fun.. and then a 10k for me the following week. in training! i will be home somtime in november. 5 months total here.. say hi all around for me.. if you can believe it, i spent this last wknd doing work! school work that is.. same thing again this wknd! gota catch up!
