Mel- I'm glad you found a place to teach! I'm still waiting for the Midwest to schedule another Jam training so I can go finish- I'm so bummed I couldn't make it to the Champaign one with the other ladies! But- time will tell, and it's all for a reason, right! Hope your beautiful kids are doing great! Good luck in Morton:)

It was nice meeting you too! Now that I know that Washington, IL exists;-) I am glad that I got grouped up with such warm welcoming people, it was such a blast!! I am not sure if I am going to attend, I actually didn't even hear about it until you mentioned it. Does it cost any money and where is it at? Talk to you later, I got to go practice the new tracks so I can teach them tonight;-)

hows it going and whats up,
you just finished your Jam training! thats great! You must have meet Jen Blackorby She just did the jam training too.Shes really cool and her husband is a trainer for professional fighters.. hes really good.
Sorry about the turbo kick thing :) You gotta come over to the Body Combat side of the fence.. If you want i can get you in At GOLDS GYM so you can take a class.. Its really fun and it'll kick your a$$..PLUS GOLDS is like Awesome and stuff ( i dont get paid to say that)
