AUSSIE! AUSSIE! AUSSIE!
OY! OY! OY!

I'm a 26-year-old displaced Australian BodyPump and BodyCombat instructor, currently living in Orange County, California.

I started with BodyPump training in 2005, with no instructing experience, and added BodyCombat just recently in October 2007. I love these programs, being a part of the Les Mills global community, and I just love my classes and participants.

BodyPump was my first Les Mills love, and I have loved every second of participating in and instructing in this program. No matter the mood I'm in, getting up there and working with my classes to push themselves and have fun for that hour always cheers me up, and I love seeing their progress, enjoyment, and even grimaces! (In fact, I think I like those best. LOL!)

My friend Natalie and I are starting BodyCombat from scratch at Custom Bodies Fitness in Irvine, and it is so amazing seeing these members experience the program for the first time and just falling in love with it, and making great strides in their fitness and technique in such a short amount of time. I can't wait to see where they are in six months and how far I know they will come.

If you ever wanna stop by, I teach at Gold's Gym in Huntington Beach (BP on Monday nights at 6.30pm, and Thursday mornings at 5.15am) and Custom Bodies in Irvine (BodyCombat on Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8.15am.)

The time is allways a limmited reasurs... But have you see the new promotion for BodyJam 45? The have put in an advanced Capoeira/Tea Kwon do kick there;-)... The butterflay kick is amazing when you first handle it;-)!!! But you need space. It realy rock and give a wider matrial arts experienc then "only" BodyCombat do... The seccond is that some previus Tea Kwon do-artists, now BodyCombat instructers tell that it can giv bad influence when the thay are mixed togeather... The technick and how to perform a kick/punsh is more in focus before you the graduation in a matrial arts club then a BodyCombat-class. Don't take me wrong, the technick is importent and I beliv The BodyCombat have something to offer (Cardio-training and loose up the body) to the matrial art training. If you have seing some clean matrial artist who never have trained BodyCombat, you know what I talk about;-)...

Well okay, but if you change your mind you could always room with me, and I'll get the rental car. Think it over we don't have to pay until August 25.

Heya Michele!
Thanks for a great evening of LM sweat! Kathy & I had so much fun - you guys did a great job w/the launches. We had not originally planned on staying for BP - but glad we both felt compelled to! Only thing is, now I'm sore on top of being sore! I was sore from a weekend of skiing at the river (not to mention the couple of bad spills I took, pushing my limit!) and I have 2 classes today (pump & spin), so I better snap out of it!

Wish our gym offered RPM classes - I'd get RPM certified in a heartbeat!! (Or maybe several thousand or more!)

We talked w/Paula about getting on your sub list for teaching pump. I love her LM enthusiasm! Custom Bodies really isn't that far of a drive - only took us a half hour - and we didn't hit any traffic. I'm just spoiled, as the San Clemente gym where I teach most classes at is less than 5 min from my house! But then, I do travel about 20 min to the Laguna Niguel gym for one class...

I'm looking forward to getting our launch plans underway! We may just visit again to experience #66 once more before we launch.
Thanks again for your hospitality & the great evening of LM fun!!
One Tribe!!
Charlene
