Profile

Below is my profile that I wrote a while back. Now I've gone down the instructor path, its about time I update it ah :)
========================================
Cross trainer;
1. Bicycle road and track racer
2. Aspiring to be a power lifter
3. Yogie (yoga, body balance, pilaties)
4. Pumper. I'd better not comment on this.
6. Ex competitivie runner, just a jogger nowadays
7. The odd body attack class and combat class
Use to do boxing but had to give up due to the shoulder, but my current manger is my ex boxing partner and shes got me to bring my gloves in, so I may return, we shall see.

Pump: Hang in there the songs nearly finished. Dam that hurts, haven't we finished yet.
Yoga: If she can do it then so can I... well maybe in another 50 lessons.
Body Attack: Why are my arms moving in another direction to everyone else.
Running: Slow down, think of you knees, the glory days are over.
Cycling: Two things I have learnt is that need to learn to bludge and you need to learn to suffer.

Hey participants can't suggest songs. I recon that "Shes got legs and knows how to use them" would be a great song for the lunge track.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the advice. I have my own bodybike at home and it's fitted with SPD's (cage on the other side) and the instructor bike at the gym where I work is the same so that's what I need to take into consideration when buying my shoes. I've done some research on the internet and found a great site with heaps of shoes so now I just have to find a store to help me out with sizes etc. I live in Goulburn and we have one cycle store here so I'm going to check them out before heading to Canberra - might save myself a trip, but I love to shop in Canberra so any excuse will do. I'm not on a "real" bike outside yet, but aspiring to be. My boss at work is an avid rider and is always at me to get outside and ride so who knows I could be out on the road one day soon. Let me know if you ever head to Canberra for the quarterly's. Have a great day.

Hey buddy,

Sorry I didn't get a chance to chat with you after class the other day. I did see that you where ripping the bike off its base in T7!

I have decided to use the Keo pedals again as I'm going to be doing more time on the road bike soon. The SPD's are fine but I need that little bit more security over the next few months as I'm doing alot of riding and want the continuity. You know I'm still waiting for my new bike to come from Italy! The new Columbus Genius carbon frame was available if I waited a few weeks so I decided to hold back and start afresh with what will be one of the first in the country. I'm even thinking about changing from Shimano to Campag. (did I just say that out loud?)For now I'm using a bike from Paul Hillbrick. He gave it too me to use until the frame arrives.

Rockdale in a couple of weeks will be fun. It looks like we will have a good size module. I will have my trainers hat on that weekend so be ready mate! Good times ahead.

Glad you found the pics!
