WOOO HOOOO! Congrats on the distinction! You definitely deserved it! It feels good doesn't it :)

Things are going well in Omaha so far. I can't even put into words how much I miss LFF. It took me a while to get motivated to find a gym to teach at because the quality is just so different. LFF definitely is at the top when it comes to GF.

I miss you guys a lot there and hope things are going well. I'll let you know when we are planning a trip to see the fam and maybe I can get into some classes!

Hey, Back! No, I haven't done my video yet. October was crazy. We took a family trip to Disney World. Then, we had to put my German Shepherd down after 13 years. I was a wreck for a week. Then, my parents, sister, and brother-in-law came for a two week visit. They just left so now I'm concentrating completely on BP. Have you done your video?

hey! Bama is great. Teaching school and teaching Power at THE most disorganized gym ever got too frustrating, so I am just teaching English now. I'd say more but... I'm glad you liked training. How was the challenge? Ron is now a supervisor at LG Electronics. How do you like married life?
