Hey,
Everything is going good here. Sorry it took so long to reply. I am coaching high school football and have been really busy. How has life been treating you? I am doing bodypump once a week until football is over then I will pick up another couple per week. Have a great week, talk to you soon.

Hi connie thanks for droppin in and giving me info in leading me in the right direction with nutrition. Cause honestly I dont know much about it especially now that I do alot more classes alot more pump classes and my body doesnt get the recovery time that it needs so THANKYOU

thanks for the info i'll definitly pass it along to others and see if they'll give it a try. as for myself i'm actually with univera for over a year now. and am loving it.it actually puts the body to work rather than relying on outside sources to help out, creating better cells at the genomic and protein levels. check it out at www.univera.com
