Qualified To Teach

Hello Les Mills family, my name is Mitch and I teach Bodypump and RPM at Gold's Gym of Auburn just off Opelika Road behind ironically enough, Waffle House...haha! Whether I'm spinnin' up a sweat in RPM or throwin' around some heavy steel in Bodypump I LOVE my job! I enjoy helping people, making new friends, pushing them to work hard, and helping them understand that there's no substitute for hard work!
I also really enjoy the relationships I have had a chance to build over the years with my participants since I've had this AWESOME JOB!
I have enjoyed working in the fitness field part-time sooo much, I'm in a transitional phase career wise and am looking to get into fitness industry as my day job!!
In addition to fitness, my other interests include hanging out with my family and friends, traveling, AU Football, other sports, and trying new things.
