Hey Mel, thanks for your input. I have passed this on to Susan Trainer, and i agree we need to get more information into our education material so we will hopefully be working on this and i hope you will feel more comfortable with it. i guess my message to you would be, that this is NOT tai chi and yoga, its just using the feel of it to create a form of movement. So the benefits can be very basic and very broad. eg in release 9 - the fierst move is just mobility through shoulders and core stabilisation, swing and wrap is just mobilising the spine, chest opening and shoulder mobility, and keeping some energy in our legs, and the triangle is about leg strength, hip opening, balance and spinal length. Keep it basic - thats all they need to know, we are not trying to be experts, perhaps just focus more on the fun and the feel. I hope this helps and let me know if i can help any more.
