Thanks again for making the trip to Chicago for the Q yesterday, and for talking with me! It was great to meet you, and very cool to hear about all the "behind the scenes" stuff that goes on during filming!
And, thx for the great cuing during your presentations...the tip on the press-pullover combo made a difference in how I felt it - can't wait to share it w/participants!

It was great to meet you at the BodyPump intensive this weekend in Glendale, AZ. My Monday 5:15am class was groaning when I asked them to pick just one track and go heavier. They rose to the challenge, and many of them were surprised that they COULD go heavier. Thanks so much!

I really appreciate all of your tips/tricks/spunk at the quarterly this weekend. Between the intensive and the many master classes you presented, I am ready to 'smash' my classes this week.
