Qualified To Teach

BodyVive training this weekend- WOW!!!
I knew I was going to love BodyVive...I just didn't know how much it was gonna hurt!! This is a fantastic program and I can't wait to introduce it to the YMCA members that I teach.

Recently returned from the Les Mills SQ and am so glad that I went! What an amazing experience!!

My husband and I live in South Western Virginia - right at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is a beautiful place! We love hiking in the mountains nearby. Another passion we share is scuba diving. We are both scuba instructors and spend as much time as possible under water. Warm, tropical locations with coral reefs are my personal favorite.
My full time job is teaching and I do whatever I can to help young people understand the beauty of the ocean environment. Check out my blog to see what we are up to!!

I've been involved in the fitness industry since the days of leg warmers and headbands-I started teaching aerobics in 1983. We won't do the math to determine my age, we'll just assume I started teaching when I was in Primary School. :)
For the last 10 years I've taught primarily Yoga and Pilates, so BODYFLOW is a wonderful treat! Students in my classes have noticed significant changes in balance,strength, and flexibility. I look forward to teaching BodyFlow for a long, long time!!

BRENDA	Hi Meg glad you liked the pic.My kids want to go to the picturs tonight,so we went to see The Journey To The Centre Of The Earth,it was quite good,the film i am wanting to see is The Mummy(The Tomb Of The Dragon King)It looks really good. Enjoy your day tommorow,happy teaching.

Yeah I was in F'burg on Sat, I'm not as tall as you but was in shiny silver for BP and shiny gold for BA. If you were there the same day you probably noticed me (we left before BF to get back home, if only I'd known it would be my next format we would have stayed!)
I was initially bummed about diving but then realized, anywhere hubby dives I get to hang on a beach with a book in one hand and a drink in the other (and probably LM tunes on my iPod), how can you complain about that!
I'll look for you in NY my new LM friend
