My name is Michelle! I am a certified Pump instructor in Omaha, NE (USA). I have recently completed my Bodyvive training in Feb with Karen and Jen ... two of the most wonderful people and trainers I've ever met! Along with many wonderful people that have so much talent and energy to share with the world.

Well, the taping went ok ... "meh" ... could have been better, could have been worse. I'm officially back to the workouts after surgery and feeling great. I plan to re-tape in another week or two ... giving my stab wounds about 4 weeks to heal.

I'm just so glad that the warm weather is here ... but not thrilled that it brings the tornadoes with it!

Jeneffer	Hello Michelle!! I would love it if you could some over and say hi... maybe the master class friday or the vive live sun?! If not another time may work, let me know and we could say hi at a lunch break or after module. I would love to hear about how you mission to spread Vive is going! Hey Michelle!
Hope you are winding down from a fantastic b-day month! I am not sure if I will be at the St. Louis Quarterly but I am going to try. I will be shadowing Flow at the Nashville Quarterly and I am very excited!

I will not be up in Omaha, but both Karen and I are doing a BodyVive training in Iowa City on May 23rd!

Have a great weekend and keep up all the great work changing lives and making a difference!

Teri	Good to hear from you, I can't make the launch tomorrow, but hope to take the Body Vive training soon so I can join you all in the future. Yes I am teaching bodypump on Tuesday mornings at the armbrust ymca, also teaching bodypump at the Twin Rrivers, and still at Golds Gym for Bodypump and Bodyflow. Joella	Hey there! So good to hear from you. I hope you can come to St. Louis - it is going to be a good one! I know it's hard to be able to get away when there's the rest of your life going on - but it's only for a couple of days! :) Looks like you just went through BV - congrats!
