I hope you can forgive me for sending you this message late. It's been very Crazy here with launches and so many birthdays, so I'm behind on getting the birthday reminder messages out to you of your friend's birthday.

Hey girl- how are you?
Well, for starters I do not teach all programs. I represent my club and we have all the programs so I direct all of my instructors and handle the schedule, classes, etc...
I teach JAM and PUMP and that is it and let me tell you why....
1) you have to be passionate about what your teaching. If you are not, you cannot have fitness magic.
2) I tell my peeps that WHEN IT IS NO LONGER FUN- you NEED TO STOP. If you do not enjoy yourself- your members will not enjoy their class and this eventually effects everyone as if one person has a bad Body Pump experience, they are going to be less likely to try it again.
I can teach spin and love RPM, but I enjoy being a participant and not being accountable as an instructor. I am horrible at Body Combat, have to hold by big Boobs in Body Attack, like Body FLOW but LOVE freestyle Yoga, and need a remedial STEP class- thus why I dont teach any of the above. I am considering FLOW or ATTACK as I really like ATTACK for its cardio benefits- but I need to find a good bra first :-)
