My passion in life = Body Pump
I started Body Pump about two years ago and have never looked back. With the help of an awsome instructor i have realised that i can do anything i truly set my mind to.

NEW YEAR RESOLUTION: to be instructing by the end of the year. I am enrolled in Cert 3 and 4 Fitness and due to start in March! Turn it up!

16/03/08 - I PASSED! Body Pump Trainee woo hoo!!!!! Thanks heaps to Justine and Dione, you guys were inspirational xx

26/03/08 - Copied this from a message i wrote to Connie today, i dont ever want to forget being this excited and proud of myself!........

Connie i aced it! Well almost. I buggered the last bit of the chest track (instead of doing bottom halves, singles, bottom halves, i started on singles. No one knew though, i covered it. Just call it extra isolation work lol)

I took Chest, Triceps, Biceps, Abs, Cooldown and aced them all (except for chest lol)! So proud of myself (gloat gloat haha)
My confidence was skyhigh and only improved after an sms during the day from my instructor saying she can see a fantastic instructor in the making.
I am on such a high! We have the most awsome job in the world!

06/04/08 - Honeymooning in New Zealand and going to Les Mills in September! wooo hoo!

19/04/08 - Got my first class spot of my own! University of WA, Wednesday 6am! The people are awsome and i have a class of about 35, not too shabby huh!
My only disapointment, no more team teaching with Robyn :( I cried on my last class cause it has been the best month ever! I have learnt so much from her and if i can grow to half her level i will be so proud. She inspires everyone who comes in contact with her and i still remember my first class of Body Pump thinking, im going to be like that! Im getting closer :)

Well i was geared up for more training but the money has run out till post wedding. Guess it will have to roll to next years resolution :( Oh well, Im still PUMPING!!!!

OH MY GOD! Zest are giving me a gift voucher to do my Body Combat training! THIS WEEKEND!!!!!! I never thought this was going to happen, im so grateful!!!

29/06 - Halfway there! Found my inner fighter and did an awsome Zombie track, now for the final assessment! Im going to kill em!

Nicki! - If you actually listened and came to see my page, thank you soooo much for all your help with my training. Could not have done it without you girl! Well i would have tried but my jump kicks would have been retarded!

06/07 - Passed as trainee!!!!

18/07 - 6 Permanent classes to my name!! 4 of which are Combat!

Life is beautiful!!!!

09/08/08 - Final team teach for Combat already! Sad days again! I should have sucked at this a bit longer so i could keep team teaching! Ive enjoyed it so much.
