Just wanted to wish you safe trip to NY, you are headed to the summit, yes? You may have already left, who knows! Hey give me a ring friday or saturday, we should be getting there friday morning, we are all doing the education stuff friday, then going out afterwards. Hey girl
I SURVIVED
I am now a Wild Flower (get it?)
Found the weekend to be very challenging both physically and mentally but I did it and I passed
Lori Lowell was our trainer and she rocked the casbah
It was yet another life changing LM experience
Still have the tightest hips in creation but also a new found appreciation for the program and a drive to improve my technique and sit in the essence of (yet another) program
Can't wait to see you in just a few sleeps

Thanks for your message. I just did the workshop for BA 62 today here in Canberra. It's great. One of the comments that was made today was that there were more guys there than girls. (Do I care? Well actually I prefer my normal class where girls outnumber the guys, but I thought of that idiot and smiled as I was doing a bloody hard class). BA 62 is great. I don't know when you get it in the US so I won't put up the tracks, but this one is HARD. Tracks 4 & 5 are particularly so. Look forward to the Leg track (which is a bit like the Shame, Shame, Shame track with the chori). And there is a nice little sing along track (in the same ilc as the We Belong one from last time music wise) and the singing can happen. This release is hard.
