Qualified To Teach

Where do I begin???? I have been active all my life and love helping people. I worked out at home up until 2004 when I joined Gold's Gym. I then became certified to teach Body Attack shortly after joining then certified for Body Step. I have to say the connection with my students is priceless and looking out and seeing them work, sweat, and smile is an unbelievable feeling.

Body Attack will push you to your limit and increase your stamina and endurance. Alot of people get scared of the name but you can modify as little as you want and build up with each class.

Body Step is energetic, lively, and offers a variety of moves to hit every inch of your step for fat burning and muscle conditioning.

Nikki! It's been a long time, hasn't it. Which show are you planning on doing in May? Palmetto Cup? As for suggestions/tips, I would recommend you pick up a copy of Oxygen and flip straight to the back and look at the contest results. If you need help posing, I can help you. Kira lives in Gaston so you can drive over there to see her. Take her recommendations on suit colors; she knows what she's talking about. Plan on spending A LOT of money getting ready for just one show. Remember,it's more than a swimsuit contest.
