Qualified To Teach

I just recently moved to Raleigh, NC and am teaching classes with Lifestyle Family Fitness at their Six Forks, Plantation Point, and Cary locations. You can catch me there almost every day of the week!

Southeast Quarterly in Tampa was amazing! To my friends and teamates, thanks for a great time and sending me off with lots of love and encouragement. Keep the energy up in Florida! I'll miss you all!

Group fitness has been my passion since 2003 when I started taking Les Mills classes (BodyStep was my first love) and in 2004 I went through Step training. (Big shout-out to Susan D. who got me into this) Since then I went through Attack, Jam, and recently Pump- passing with distinction! What an amazing life I live that I am able to do something that I love as my job. Not only that, but I have the opportunity every day to inspire people towards a better life, taking them to a place they couldn't get to on their own, and making them SMILE! :)

I believe that we are given every day to make a difference in someone else's life- what have you done today?

Hey! wow me and melanie were just talking about you the other day! we were wondering how you've been! i'm glad to see you're doing good and still teaching! i miss you here! classes are still fun but not the same without you! i was thinking of going through the BS training with melanie a few weeks ago but i know i'm not ready yet. i need more time. hopefully for the next training whenever that comes around. keep in touch! and come visit if you are ever down here!! take care

I was just talking about you the other night. Your ears must've been ringing. You were such an inspiration to me when I first started taking classes. Your energy and love for what you do shows when you teach and reflects on the members in your classes. Thank you because you were the first person to believe that I could be an instructor too. Everyone is taking me under their wings here in HCK and helping me to get on my way. Miss you here!

Peter	Hi Megan! Wow, that's a big move! I hope you are doing well. We all still miss you terribly back here in Orlando!! There are BodyPump songs that make me think of you EVERY time I do them. Always reminds me of our Launches!!! You are awesome. Kill em' in North Carolina! best, Peter

Laura	Hey Mama, I told Heather how great you guys looked Sat. I wish I could have gotten their earlier to see pump. My body wouldn't let me. But I got some pictures. I am going to miss you so much mama. You know I love you and that I will be here always for you. You have been such a great and supportive friend with everything I do. Thank you.
