My Favourite Programs

Hello everybody and welcome to my page.

My name is Oliver Borchert and I come from Germany.
I am 19 years old and my first Les Mills program was Bodypump.
It was Bodypump 60 and three days I could not walk round because my muscles were finished.
It was hard but this program was so great that I had to come back and now I am three times a week at the Pump.
I also have the luck to pump with a wonderful trainer and he is called Arne Fischer.
I do bodybalance for the flexebility and RPM for the stamina too, I think that's enough for a healthy living. :-)

Javier	Hallo Oliver! Things are gut, danke!! Teaching and studying all the time, no time for even a bier, though my friend in Leipzig loves the Deutsche bier, she says I will love it too.
