Qualified To Teach

My Les Mills experience started about 4 years ago. I went through BP training with release 47 ("I said, stomp with me") and passed. I taught for a while. Up until a year ago I dedicated my fitness time to the study Of Capoeira Angola but I always did my weight training at home with my VHS copy (yes VHS) of release 47 because there were not any classes in my area. (Is that funny or what?)

I moved back to Olympia and started taking BP, BC,BS,BA and BF classes. I was hooked again. I realized I liked being a participant but I loved being an instructor.

The Arizona Q was HOT!! I am especially excited about the new releases for BC,BF,BP,and BJ. (The esquiva/lunge/ginga
sequence in the Capoeira portion is truly a COMBAT challenge.)
I also got the opportunity to visit the Double Diamond Athletic Club in Reno. Great instructors, great gym!!

I recently went through the BP initial training in Hillsboro Oregon with the fantastic Tiffany Ferguson and a great group of fellow instructor trainees.

Attended the Redmond quarterly. Endorphin high. Yes?!! I am currently having an affair with BODYCOMBAT and my partner isn't too happy with that. HEHE. I have a sneaking suspicion several of you have similar secret affairs.

Went through BODYFLOW training with Portia Page in Lacey, WA. Such an informative and knowledgeable trainer with beautiful movement to boot. Great group of fellow trainees.

Hollie	Combat is cancelled again! What are we LM freaks going to do know? I guess it's just not in the cards right now. We'll have to just enjoy taking class until then! Maybe I could come check out one of your classes sometime? In my "free time" of course :)
