"CRICKY" 1 1/2 WEEK'S LEFT TILL I DO MY BODYSTEP DVD PRESENTATION...

Kia Ora! G'DAY to all my brothers & sisters around the world, Im Mark & im a shadower for BODYSTEP & BODYVIVE & just about ready to take on the instructor role, & it's taken my instructors years to get me to do it, so ive given in & im taken the big step out of my comfort zone & goin for it & as an instructor my aim is to get people more fitter, healthier & to feel good about themselves, providing participants with a FUN & UPLIFTING CLASS THAT'S FULL OF ENERGY & ONE THAT HAS A PARTY ATMOSPHERE EVERYTIME! that's all ive ever wanted to do is to get participant's to really enjoy themselves, not to think of it as a chore.
Ive also found the greatest benefits in BODYVIVE & it's not just a programe for old people, it's a programe for all ages & fitness levels & don't let it fool ya, it's quite a challange, just like other programes it's what you put into the workout that gives you the result's & becoming a BODYVIVE instructor is my next venture & it's gonna be a BEUTY!!.
I never ever thought that one day i'll be instructing these programes, it never crossed my mind, but I guess strange thing's happen hey!, but the greatest thing about it is I get such an enormouse sence of self-satisfaction & enjoyment in just partisipating, motivating & being apart of it all, IT'S BLOODY BRILLIANT & IT'S MY PASSION.

Kari	hi mark!! are you doing the dvd presentation with joella hopkins from the us? if so---she is the best!! love her sooo much and she can really jump off the step!! went to my first bodyvive class at our last 1/4 and loved it! I'm hooked. hope all is well "down under". hugs, kari

It's a program for everyone and has such fantastic benefits. I trained in BV a year ago on release 3. I really love BV 7. we launch in 2 weeks! Allison

everything is going ok!! thnks! just had the QW and now preparing for the releases, can´t wait. i´ve got the chance to do BV 7, i really liked it, but it was just or it is getting more intense each release??
BV in mexico is just beggining, just arrived about a year ago and unfortunately there are few gym with it, fortunately for me, hehe, a friend is BV instructor so i get to do the class once in a while hehe.
what is your tatto??
