The four gears are easy.
Everybody uses the first three, they are there for instructors and members to help build fitness. The fourth gear is something special(for instructors only), it's there to surprise members.
When you reach the third gear, people already think you're going at top level, the fourth level is that X factor move(and only needs to be done for a couple of reps) that impresses and inspires your participants

I just started and qualified to teach BODYPUMP. I still have to do my VIDEO. Working on it!
My husband speaks german well. He is Austrian and Yugoslavian decent. I on the other hand am Filipino.
We had visted europe - England, Scotland and Wales. I would love to see Germany, France and Italy ...Greece too if I ever have a chance to travel again.
I see that you teach a lot of programs!! I would love to teach BODYCOMBAT. I feel I need to work on BODYPUMP 1st before I move on!
Any tips???

Hey Patrick,
I'm glad you like ethe new stuff - its pretty energetic huh, and quite different to teach eh. Yes I loved the music in this release too. When i first got hold of the music about 4 months ago I jumped up and down! Silence has been an all time theme song for me for so many years so I went crazy with Jackie and said "can i, can i, please plase please teach this?!" lucky me eh.
Anyway I will look forward to seeing you soon
