Wow! Great to hear from you :) So glad you are feeling settled and have found a Gold's you like. How awesome!!
I have been in a choreo coma learning all the new releases, but they are finally unleased!!!! Done all of Pump, Flow, Step and Attack now....whew!!! They are FABULOUS! We did a launch with Kate, Crystal, me and Brionne for Flow 41; it was really good to break it up and do it together. Love the music for the tai chi and the meditation! Pump's good too, I think....pushups in chest, shoulders and dips for tric....tough! What are yall doing for new releases there? Do you have relaunches? Congrats on being launch leaders for Pump and Flow. I'm now Flow Launch leader here and Kate took over Pump since you're gone. Keep me posted on what you think of the new stuff.
Glad the kids are settled and that you all seem happy as a family. What's the weather like there? Hot here....girls and I have been doing a lot of Splash Zone to beat the heat! They are lovin summer time!

Hey Jen!!!
I found you on here finally! :) Glad you enjoyed your Flow training and congrats on your "pass"...would love to get together with you. Brionne is going to teach her two tracks with me in the morning. Those weekend trainings are so inspiring! Praying for your family and that a new opportunity will come soon. Just wanted to say "hey" to my LM sister.....Have a blessed day!

Hey Jennifer,
Just wanted to say hi saw your message on the community board and share your feelings about the music. When I heard the squat track I actually had to pick up the cover to make sure I put in BodyPump and not BodyStep. Really wish they would go back to the way BodyPump was. I just got it today and only heard the music uhmmmm not really looking forward to all the screaming that I have grown accustomed to with the new team oh well will still give the members a good class. Have a great week and fun launch. We won't launch till late April.
