Qualified To Teach

yet another time for an update.

I now have blond hair :P Ok, I teach 16 classes a week, 4 attacks, 4 pumps, 3 balances, 3 Bodysteps and 2 rpm classes a week. It's not unusual to have to cover one or two more extra classes a week though :) Also try to run 2-3 times a week and go for one PT session. Walk everywhere as well, am always on my feet. I think I do pretty well for 35.

Have to say the gym is a big part of my life, absolutely love teaching and love the members. Have met some of the sweetest and nicest people through the gym so I count myself lucky. also tend to be renowned for my bad jokes and ever so slightly innapporpriate jokes in class. ha, it's all in good fun.

Outside of the gym, still drinking more wine, beer, grey goose vodka and cider than is probably good for me. Have the best friends in the world and love a good food and wine festival as well. Bring on Filex in Sydney this year and Vegas and Hawaii in August :)

Duncan	I think I'm going to have very crowded luggage! Anyway, the damaged CDs were before the time of iPods and before I got in the habit of creating back-ups... I just drugged myself up to clear the head for my BB class... (stupid head cold). Catch x

Not going away... just home. I've got a holiday coming up in September to Bora Bora. 82 days and counting... and then Italy in May for a wedding.

So time will be spent on the forums and at the gym trying to flatten out my belly for the Pacific beach.

I work in international education and working with overseas students kills your spelling. I re-read my posts about three times before I post. I would never hear the end of it if I was to spell like a fifth grader!

Yes BB forever... going through some back releases for misfit and found a few holes in my back catalogue. Those old CDs weren't made to last!

One of my favourite websites is urbandictionary.com... this is their defintion of "dick inches"... classic!

Arbitrary (and usually incorrect) units of measurement used mostly by males. Derives from men overestimating their penis size. Dick inches are much shorter than actual inches. Hence a guy can claim to have a 9 inch penis when it is actually closer to 5-6 inches. The term "dick inches" is usually used when over-estimating non-penis measurements.

I'm sure you can be compensated for a margin of error :P
