Hi Angel thanks for adding me to your friends,i am from Scotland,i am teaching,BB,BC,BA,BS,BP,I have loved all the releases,especially combat,i cant wait to see what lies instore for us next time.

Hey bud,
Thanks for the compliment. I teach body Pump BodyStep and BodyJam. I dont have any extra time to go to the gym otherwise. Been doing it for several years now.

I'm an instructor from Maryland but I was in AZ last April for vacation and actually drove to Tucson to teach w/Nicole and Cesar
I think I heard your name but was only in town for one night before heading back to Phoenix
I'm planning to come back again next year so maybe I'll get to meet you then (or at the Super Q in August?)
