Qualified To Teach

Kia Ora!! I hope all of you are doing as well as me!! I am loving life and living it as large as I can!!

Just had the Clemmons Quarterly!! Les Mills does it right!! Loved the new stage and lights!! It just made it that much larger!! The presenters rocked, over and over and over!! Where do you all get your energy and can I buy some?? hehehe! Everyone had the look, the personality and the WOW factor!! Thanks for bringing it our way so we can take it back to our clubs and do the same for our members!! I love the inspirations!! I'll have a couple pictures up soon... but in the meantime.. if you are interested paste my link and see them ALL!!

I teach BodyStep and BodyVive so I am touching a very wide range of people at all levels of fitness!! I love what I do ... thus why I have done it for over 13 years!! The Les Mills programs are all extraordinary and I am so honored to be a part of them! When I'm not teaching... which is seldom... I am taking other classes... BodyAttack, BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyJam (I look funky doing it... but I love it!) and BodyCombat of course!

Love life and smile about it all.... no matter what!
