I have not seen the film. I have one of those husbands who won't go see a movie if he isn't interested, so I will have to wait for it to come out on DVD. Looking forward to seeing it, though.
I think 24 starts here in January. I heard there is going to be a 2 hour teaser to set up the next "day" and then the series will start. Summer TV here has been boring as well. All we seem to have are reality shows that mimic Japanese game shows, which are funny at first, but get old really quickly! I think I am most anticipating the return of Lost.
I will give you a sneak of Heros in a few weeks!!

I agree Roger,
That's the thing... who's it for? It's a low impact / body conditioning class, and not that seemless in my opinion.
They stop the cardio after T3 to explain the moves for the next track then after 2 more cardio tracks we bring them down again with the tai chi track It's lovely but feels like it should be somewhere else.
Then comes leg strength and balance, it's an absolute killer track (attackers would find it tough)
I actually prefer the latter half of the class,I don't know why the tai chi section is stuck in the middle..overall I find it messy.
The members are starting to like some it though but eveyone HATES the dance cardio and the interactive cardio but I think it's because or the songs T4 is is truly dire...
It's needs a bit more though 'cos there are so many body shape classes around that always pull the numbers and the same demographics and it's freestyle. Not for me.

T4 Is hard, my bum is still killing 2 days later.
Killer combo
3 X R knee -L front kick- R back kick -L front kick- L front kick, then a jab sequence followed by a side kick sequence...Ouch!
Dan and Rach wern't here unfortunately They usually do the November Mega Quart but I'm not sure if they're coming this year. I hope so. I'm back teaching Balance again, I lost my feel for it earlier this year but i think it's back again...
Tried Vive recently and I'm being pressured into doing the training but I've made a firm decision. NO thanks.

Hey Rog,
How are things going? Thanks for the text at start of hols. Back now and back to the day job tomorrow (really dreading going back!)
Got to to Combat in Catalan and in French and even had a preview of Pump 67 and Combat 37 (;-))
What's happening with LMT -- been unable to access it. Well not that it mattered as no interweb at the house in France.

Hello Roger,
Just thought I'd say a quick hellooo to you. Went to the quarts here in Holland yesterday, had a great time..Combat was really great. I loved the kick combos, kinda hard to get my body to follow my brain at first but I was sweating buckets. he only downer was that I had to leave after T6 cos my mate wasn't feeling too good. Wot a mate hey, missing combat for a sick pal.

yeah, shame abt the gazette - our union the NUJ sent a press release the other day to Radio Wave and Radio Lancs abt conditions there, didn't go down too well when there was a story on yesterday :-S
i am doing my level 3 course now tho in the hope i can change careers.
just started kickboxing lessons last week too which are wicked!
liking the look of ur combat mix. can't wait til i been teaching pump a bit longer and have more to choose from - at the mo i have abt five to pick from ...
