Qualified To Teach

Profile

I am a 'southern girl' by geography only, born & raised in Atlanta. I love baseball & golf, but that is where the similarities end.

I found Les Mills in Asheville, NC where I now reside, through a co-worker at my day job. After my first Body Flow class, I was hooked & I knew immediately that I could not live without it! After having my peaks & valleys of working out (sports & gym rat most my life), Body Flow brought me back, & Les Mills has me to stay, a permanent fixture that would alter my life forever. Body Flow started it, and Body Pump has sealed the deal, & my life will never be the same. I have met countless incredible people who have made a difference in my life to whom I am grateful & by whom I am inspired. This is what I strive for when I teach my classes.

Next up: RPM & Body Combat (which still needs soooo much improvement!)

I will not forget the way I feel right now......
Flow gives me Peace, Pump fills my Soul!

Availability

I am available to teach Body Pump & Body Flow evenings during the week, and any time on the weekend. I would love the opportunity to teach any time I can.

Absolutely I will keep you up to date! You HAVE to do it! It is awesome, and I can fill you in on how the training goes. It was weird to only have a 2 day training when both Pump & Flow were 3....felt very fast.

Find me on Facebook: Rebecca Riney, same pic. It'll be easier & faster to chat!!

Stay well & find a sponsor!

I am hoping to be able to make it this time. There just is not enough time for me to do what I need to. Hope you have a great weekend.

Hey what's up
Sorry I did not get back with you sooner. Life has been a madhouse for me. I really tried to make time to make it to the quarterly but it was a no go for me. How was it I know you guys had a blast. I want RPM and Attack with a passion but my gym does not offer any of the two. I hope to make it to the next quarterly if things slow down a little. So how have you been good I hope. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

That's great news that your both going to make it. I'll be at the Palms as well, so we will have to get together. If you want we can ride to the intensive together. I'm trying to find out if the LFF where the intensive is located will be having a meet and greet beforehand for LFF employees. If so, I'll just bring you in with me. I have to get my mugshot taken with her, or I will be thoroughly disappointed.

I'll send you a private message later with my cell #, so that you can call me.

70, Hmm tough question since I haven't looked at the notes nor watched the dvd. Right now I am still getting acquainted with the songs. Lyrically the T1 cracks me up. The dirty side of me will have to be repressed so that I can present with a straight face. T2 I loath, which is strange b/c I usually like P!nk. House music is an interesting choice. Love T4, but then I loved True Believer in RPM as well. Christina I like, but most of our peeps usually do not. Not crazy about Nickelback...seems a bit boring. Raindrops I like, but I have the "I'm coming forth" stuck in my head after only listening twice. Must be that creepy voice. Thunderstruck is okay I like the AC/DC version... and it could not be more different from when they used it remixed back in the day. So overall I am intrigued, however I am not looking at the notes or dvd until after the Q, I don't want to ruin the experience.
I have been using some really old stuff lately. I'm doing 45 straight thru next week. I have come to love Ganbareh as my favorite #7 with calf raises.

See you soon!!!!!

Hey Bec,

How goes it? Disney cruise is fast approaching right? Any chance you changed your mind and are planning to squeeze in a trip to the Q the week before vacation?

So excited to have Susan coming. I can remember years ago when I saw my first BP promo signage. I thought to myself "dang, I want to look just like that." Alas, genetically it will never happen, but one can always hope.

Hope your doing well. Have you signed up for an RPM training yet? If not, you should really think about it. I'm gearing up to plunge into Combat... ready to put the smack down at LFF in the mornings!

Smooches,
Heather

Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for your message. That's a great strategy for learning a release and developing your own teaching style.

Hope all is well!
