hola amigo's!!!

bit about myself: im 27 and work in telecomunications..also currentley serving with 4th battalion mercian regiment as a training combat medical technition in the Territorial Army. i also train for triathlon's, planning on doing the mazda tri in london this year all being well.
i have been doing les mills progs for just over a year now, i have become hugley addicted to these programs and the kind of energy in a class that it brings! my favorite being attack but rpm comes a very close 2nd..takes me a while to get into combat, but once i got the moves down i find it a great stress releaver!! :) balance chills me out to the point of wanting to go asleep and pump most of the time just makes me want to cry..i have arms as skinny as a sparrows legs! still cnt get the hang of the bisceps track no matter what release it is...

reg me.....well i love good food, good wine and good company, love good music, good times and good harmony..
i play guitar (les paul gold top) my fave band is nirvana, i work hard play hard and all is fair in love and war...

just passed my prac exam for ETM so my dream to become and instructor is drawing closer and closer...take care peepes xx
