He everybody,

My husband and I moved with our 2 kids from The Netherlands, Europe, to America in August 2005.
We now live close to Tampa, FL. I teach at Lifestyle Family Fitness. What an awesome group of instructors and the classes LFF offers are super.

I used to Dance in the Nike Demonstration Team in The Netherlands. It was a great experience and we competed in dance, step aerobics and aerobics. We also had a lot of fun doing fashion shows and demonstrations for several companies.

I used to be a gymnast for about 14 years and classical ballet for 12 years.

I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor for more than 6 years. I teach BJ and BP. Freestyle step is an other passion of mine and of course ... there is more ;)

The music that LM offers in their releases give me strenght and energy and motivate me to bring it on and change people's lives.

Laura	Yes I did. I am so happy I did it too. I like 45 but its going to be the most difficult release to teach. our coaching skills are definitely going to be tested. Have a great day

hannah	Hey girl:) How is life? What do you think of the new Bodyjam 45? I think it is great, dont you think! A real big chalenge and great music and movements...really need to start learning the butterflyjump haha really excited about this one because the group didnt really like bj 44. Danny	hoi ja ik geef de attack samen met mijn vriend ike en dat gaat super. nu zondag ga ik mijn video opnemen ben er klaar voor. de jam doe ik ook heel graag en dat doe ik dan 4 keer mee met ike maar zelf zou ik dat niet kunnen geven. maar ben al heel blij met de attack hoor. vele groetjes
