Qualified To Teach

Hey all,

My husband and I moved with our 2 kids from The Netherlands, Europe, to America in August 2005.
We now live Brandon, Tampa, FL. I teach at Lifestyle Family Fitness. What an awesome group of instructors and the classes LFF offers are super.

I used to Dance in the Nike Demonstration Team in The Netherlands for about 10 years. It was a great experience and we competed in dance, step aerobics and aerobics. We also had a lot of fun doing fashion shows and demonstrations for several companies.

I used to be a gymnast for about 14 years and classical ballet for 12 years.

I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor for about 7 years. I teach BP, BF and BJ. Freestyle step is an other passion of mine.

I love, love the Les Mills Programs :)

Hello, Love-

Attack is...... going. I'm enjoying team teaching and shadowing, and have decided that is probably all I'll do with it. It is a GREAT program, but with 4 I really started feeling like it was taking away from the other 3 that I already teach. So, I've decided to help with launches, shadowing, and subbing when needed, but will not teach it on a regular basis.

Anyway, things are busy, busy, busy here! I have four performances for school between now and May 1st. That has been stressing me out. Launches will FINALLY be over this Saturday, and I am so thankful for that!

How are you doing? What about the kiddos? Brian? Hope all is well! :)

Sorry - I'm not very good about checking my messages! I believe Aspen started paying us direct in 2007.
We are having a great spring break here! It's been almost 70 degrees every day! I bet it's been in the 80's or 90's in Florida!!! Lucky you!
Anna graduates from high school in May - I can't believe it! She has a full ride to an equestrian college in Missouri so even if the economy crashes we can get her through school!

cbcjammer	Hey Babe! Things are good out here in ol' Iowa! The weather is finally starting to take a warm turn- thank goodness! I just mailed my Vive tape on Tuesday, so I have no idea what the result is yet, however, I'm pretty hopeful it went pretty well. Any news on quarterly in August? :) cbc

Mary	Hey Sandra, One of the newbies from Campo YMCA just got #48 in the mail yesterday and showed it to us last night. OMG!!.....IT ROCKS! I am a bigger fan of the 2nd block though (which always seems to be the case with me....LOL). But, overall the entire thing is just darn good! Can't wait to launch it! See ya soon! Mary
