I have to say I am arguably the biggest Body Pump fan of all times! In 2003, weighing 208 pounds, I felt hidden inside someone else's skin and that the real me was lost somewhere underneath an extra 60 depressing pounds. After loosing my first 30 pounds in 2004, I reached a weight loss plateu and spent an ENTIRE YEAR gaining and loosing the same stubborn pound!! Then I found BODY PUMP and fell in love! After that the last 30 pounds, within only a couple short months, melted off like butter. I felt beautiful, confident and sexy again! =) I was addicted to Body Pump from the very first class...loved the moves, the music and the great instructors! That is why I decided to become one myself. Body Pump is one of the many blessings I've been given that have changed my life forever! Teaching energizes me and makes me happier than I ever imagined it would. I'm so grateful for all the people I've met and hope to inspire them and help them change their lives the way I've changed mine. Thanks so much to Body Pump I found me again. =0)
