Hey!

The Body Jam training is her in Columbia, MO on May 9-11. It just got added to the website today. Send anyone you want. If they want to stay at my house, I have one spare room and a couch, the more the merrier! (maybe that is weird since she won't know me, but if she doesn't mind, I don't mind.)

I taught pump today and it was killer, I felt good energy wise, but then my muscles were SO WEAK!!!! But I made it, just barely!

Let me know about Jam. Also, there is a Body Step training her in Columbia also May 3, if you want to send anyone to that, my doors are open to any les mills junkie!
