BODYCOMBAT™

In February 2007 I join a really great gym near my university... I was a really fat boy and then I even don't know what to do at the gym... and then I was looking at some of the Group fitness class and my friend said that "hey, this Body Combat class is really funny, they're like punching the air." Despite of "bad review" from my friend, I really wanted to know what Body Combat is... I try one class at sunday and gosh... That was the most sweat i've ever experienced that time!!! and in track 3 i already puffing all around with short breath!! LOL...

I've never enjoy sports, but BC is my first love at fitness... Since my first time, i lose about 55 pounds, a LOT FITTER.... a really BC freak..

and now I'm becoming a BC instructor... So great!! :)

Really, Les Mills BC is a REAL life changing fitness experience for me!!!!

James	Hey Ivan! That is really inspiring that you lost 55 pounds from combat. I had almost the same happen with me. Not as much weight lost, but I became so much more athletic from taking all the les mills programs. -James
