I am a 26 year old English teacher who loves Body Combat. I have been taking the class for 3 years and I finished training last March. I had the pleasure of being trained by Josef Matthews and I feel like a rock star. I am so excited to be apart of the Les Mills family!
I am available to teach Body Combat 31. I would like to start in May when I am more comfortable teaching an entire class.
