Wow-so where do I start? I'm so new to all of this. About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with a severe thyroid condition which was responsible for my gaining a whole bunch of weight. Faced with the real possibility that my only option was surgical, I decided that I would first try to lose the weight naturally through exercise and diet. The Les Mills programs have quite literally saved my life-over the course of the last year I have lost over 120lbs. Although I love all the programs, my passion is Jam.
My goal is to be a positive role model for all those people who are afraid that they can't take charge of their physical and mental state of wellness.

Last weekend I had the wonderful experience of attending training with Lydia. She is an amazing individual and truly embodies the essence of the Les Mills philosophies. I met some truly beautiful people who I hope to keep in touch with and share in their fitness journey. Thanks to everyone who helped me this past weekend and I'm looking forward to the next step of my own journey to becoming a Jam instructor.

***UPDATE*** I went down to Georgia for my re-sit with Josh and Tim (can I just tell you how great both of them are??) and I PASSED!!!! I am so excited to start the next phase of my journey and spread the gospel of Les Mills fitness HOORAY!!!

Availability

I love love love teaching Jam! It is my passion so I'm always looking for more classes. Available most nights, except Thursday and Saturday morning.
