I'm a teacher by day, BODYPUMP instructor by night! I've been addicted for about 7 years now. I was forced to take a BP class at a gym that I worked for. (I had never lifted weights in my entire life and weighed about 100 pounds.) I was so mad that I was forced to go take this class and was embarrassed to be in there with all our male personal trainers. I did the smallest weights for the whole class. As my arms were shaking during the chest track, I remember thinking, "I LOVE this!" After being a participant for a few years, I got certified to teach it. I love having new people in class and watch them get hooked!
