Hey stranger, how's it all going? I didn't realise you had a profile on here too!
How's all the combat going? Sammi mentioned that you've had plenty of classes on - I've done a bit of cover work here and there so hopefully will pick up a regular class sooner or later.
Heard Sammi's just done her vid - how about yourself? I'm thinking I'll get mine done in July sometime.....

Wow, congrats on passing your module, you must be complete stoked. Who was your training, was it Phil H?
Im ok, still combatting, but gotta see the specialist for my knee next wednesday (14th) so keep your fingers crossed that things go ok.
So now its video time eh, lol. Am sure you'll ace that to.

Note for once you've passed: We were told at QW you can let them jump kick a bit more if they want. It's up to you and the class. One of our instructors goes for 4 step-kicks and then for 8 jumps.
But for your module, do it as per Phil and DVD.
How you finding him BTW? Thought he was great. He was supposed to do both modules for us, but it ended up being split between Matt Wood and Phil. Might see Matt at Staines as can't make it up for SQW with D&R.

Funnily enough taught your tracks today.
T3 went well. It's pretty much a doddle. Lots of time in each phase to work that circle of awesome coaching.
T4 Arrgh, you cursed me girl! Teaching T4 thought we were in the jump-kick stage when all the sudden the round house challenge music came in. Ahhhh!!!
Fortunately only mucked up one side and recovered quickly.
Yeah found that one a tough one, but not too bad. Just gotta keep wits about you on that one.
T5 OTOH was a blast and we were breathing out of our @rses at the end of it.
Then did 8,9 and 10 -- with no mic! Oh well, plenty of opportunity to get up and make sure the peeps were doing all of their press ups correctly ;-)

Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm okay, just tired after a full week of teaching and then the 2nd weekend of my ETM.
I taught combat in some form every night last week ;-)
My boss wants me to do the same every week!;-)
2 full hour classes, 2 45min classes and a 30\30!
I must be nuts!!!
Good luck for module 2!
