SONJA!!! Man, how embarassed am I that its taken me so long to reply?!?! So you brought on BC in G-Falls huh? How's that going up there? Let me know your schedule and maybe we can play sometime :-) I can't believe you asked if I remembered you...girlfriend, you are known for your rediculous ABS!!! When your sis told me you had kids, I was like, dude I hate her! Hahaha...speaking of Alice, haven't seen her in ages.

I'm doing the FLOW ed session. I think I need it the most, although my heart will be with you guys in Combat! Hate to miss an opportunity to have Dan & Rach kick my butt! I think we're staying at the Mariott, too. Best of luck with your big event.

I know!!!
Poughkeepsie is where I grew up, so I will be getting there a week early, to hang out w/ friends & family. Plus the Dutchess County Fair is that week! Best Fair in the state, including the state fair!
I think the rest of my team is rolling in Friday morning-ish, for workshops. And we are all clearing out Sunday morning-ish.
How about you?
I am SO READY! Not a day goes by that I don't look longingly at my calendar!

Hey Sonja!
I am SO stoked for this Q, more than usual--- obviously! I also went to the BC workshop w/ Dan in Boston and it was amazing....I never thought I'd have the opportunity to do one w/ BOTH of them, and so shortly after Boston!
Looks like we'll be buddies for the weekend! I have 1-2 instructors from my gym coming to the workshop-- although I think one of them may have switched to BS when they added it, as that's her baby!

Got to launch BA w/Mike yesterday (I'm in MD, he's in VA/DC) also getting to launch BC w/him this Sunday
Joella was my BS trainer and Angel and Nate have trained many of my friends from my home gym
I'll be leaving for Poughkeepsie that Th and staying at the same hotel as you and also attending ed w/Dan and Rach
Maybe I'll get to come down to DC and team w/you and Mike while you're here (you're also more than welcome to come to MD and team w/me if you want, just let me know)
Otherwise, I'll see you at the big house
Can't wait!
