BODYCOMBAT demo DONE!!! Alexis, Becky, and I rocked the hell outta this program last sunday!!! Teaching with those was an honor, they were just amazing. I have so much further to go with COMBAT, but hey! I did the jump kick without falling on my face!! YAHOO!! Cannot wait to officially launch this program

Just got back from the Super in New York, what an amazing experience. Watching them up there really makes you realize how much more there is to learn, and how far you are able to grow. I am grateful to have met so many wonderful people who are just as crazy as I am! Look forward to seeing everyone again soon!
Went through COMBAT training a month ago, it has been a journey, I still feel as if I am stepping way outside my box. Thanks to Jericho and Josef for all their continued support and encouragment, you two are amazing.

My name is Krystle...aka Energizer Bunny, Bubbles, Tigger, Kangaroo....amongst many more. I teach RPM, Attack, and Bodystep, and when I am not doing that, I work full time at a Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care center. I love both of my jobs, but inspiring and changing lives is where my heart lies. I never get tired of seeing the passion and dedication that members have when they come to class, to see them getting that much closer to achieving their goals, and being able to help them on the way, is an amazing thing.
