School is out, the holiday is over and now we're getting ready for company. Brian's bone marrow donor, his wife and their triplets are coming to visit on the 29th....should be fun. Eric has tournaments every wkd from here on out til July 4th plus regular games in between......summer is here! Wishing I could have made it to one of the quarterlies, but responsibilities keep me here this time. Just saw the Broadway musical "Wicked" this past wkd and LOVED IT!! I could see it again and again....my new fav musical. Launching BP 70 in July and loving listening to the music til it's time to do it.

Wishing all of you in my Les Mills circle the best always~
Keep things real and keep "turnin' it up!"

ABOUT ME:

~I have been teaching Bodypump since 2004, and trained on release 49. Becoming a part of the Les Mills family is one of the best things I've ever done. I first became really passionate about fitness and strength training when I transformed my body in 2001 through the Body for Life program from Bill Phillips.

~I am a mother of two boys; Eric was born in Jan 1995 and Brian was born in Aug 1996. Brian was born with leukemia and had a pretty rough life early on. He had two bone marrow transplants and is now free of leukemia, but has many of the complications that come from transplant and treatment. He has a website that follows his journey; feel free to visit it at: www.caringbridge.org/visit/briandaubach.

~I have been married to Jeff since June of 1985. We met at Baylor Univ. Med Center in Dallas, Tx. where I worked as an xray tech and he worked as a nurse in the emergency room....ahhhh, hospital romance! Jeff went on to become a nurse anesthetist (putting people to sleep!), and I gave up my medical job to become a full time mom.

~Teaching pump is my mental health break from all of lifes challenges, but it also brings me great joy where I meet some awesome members and fellow instructors!

~I currently teach for two fine facilities (YMCA & Gold's Gym). They each have their own great, unique qualities and members.

~Mondays: 9:30am at Twin Rivers YMCA in Valley, Ne.
~Tuesdays: Noon at Gold's Gym north in Omaha, Ne.
~Thursdays: Noon at Gold's Gym south in Omaha, Ne.

~I am originally from Colorado, but I have lived in Texas and Virginia, and now currently reside in Nebraska. This is where Brian had his bone marrow transplants, and because of lung damage from transplant, we moved here from Colorado's high altitude so he could be free of full time oxygen.

Drop me a line and tell me your story!
Thanks for visiting!
Stay strong, stay fit, stay healthy!

Hey there
I am sorry I have been so busy! The time just disappears every day. My Mac got smashed (someone used it like a trampoline!) and so I havent been able to download any photos or anything. So hard cause she is just more beautiful every day. No hair, running around all on her own and 4 teeth!

Photos coming!

Susan

PS I am coming to San Francisco for the quarterlies and summit in June....will you be there?

Hey Niki!

Nice to hear from you! I will look into the possibility of helping at Twin Rivers. I live in West Omaha, but work in Papillion. I actually just got started as Group Ex director at Sarpy so I am keeping busy! That party sounds fun, hopefully I can make it out there! See ya!

Thanks, Niki! :)

It was a very nice day... can't go wrong when you start it with Pump! :) Went to Firebirds for lunch with my Mom, John, and Grandma. After Katie's basketball game we went to Dairy Queen... I was still full from lunch! :) So food-wise it was a good day... :) John got me an hour massage at Massage Envy... can't wait to use it!

Any plans for your big day in a few weeks?

:) Kris

I do get my releases together... another possible reason they're late could be that I had to change my credit card expiration date. When Renee did that last release, it took FOREVER before she got hers! I'll give it another week, then I'll start making some calls... :)

Anyway, I am excited about being at the birthday party that Wednesday... Judy mentioned something about doing Attack that morning as well. I wonder if she'll want to actually launch it? I guess we'll see!! :)

Doing anything special for Valentine's day? We have a surprise 40th to attend... and so far she's clueless! :)

Hey Niki!

I haven't received my releases yet! Wonder what's taking so long? (taps foot impatiently...)

Looking forward to our YMCA birthday party... I even got the morning off from my "real" job so I can hang with you all! :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hullo lovely friend
So nice to hear from you. WOW it sounds cold...but it also sounds snug and cosy and I bet when the whole family is tucked in their beds its just the best way to spend Christmas.

Sending you a big hug and lots of kisses to you and your boys
