Each time I teach BP 71 I think of you! It was so fun to have you visit UCSF Millberry Fitness Center :) You left a fabulous impression on the members as well! Can't wait to see you again!

Hi Susan
Great job with BP 71 - my classes are loving it.
I have a question that I cannot find the answer anywhere.... One the clubs where I teach just introduced the Reebok steps. I seem to recall when "bench top" lunge options were first introduced the guidance was not to do these on Reebok steps because even the lowest setting is not low enough.
Could you please clarify for me? If a club has these steps should we coach the bench lunge option or not?
Thanks so much for your advice.
Paul

Hi Susan!
I'm very excited to launch 71 tomorrow night with our team - it is such an awesome release! Great work once again, to you and Glen!
I have to laugh when you say "itsy bitsy teensie weensie sets" for shoulders on the DVD...one thing comes to mind instead, when doing that track: "That which does not kill us, makes us STRONGER"! Nothing is itsy bitsy about that one! =:)
Thanks & Best Regards,
Lynn G.
