Hi! How is it going? Haven't seen you for a while. So we are going to bring on Combat to Gold's in Huntington Beach! Is it too far for you to drive? They also have Jam and I know they are always looking for Jam subs (because we only currently have one instructor.)
Are you going to Arizona?

Hello Chickie!!
I had a great time with you two yesterday! You both have fabulous energy. I will try to get into the club for the next few weeks to pick up on some BC techniques. I need to tighten my game up a bit. But, it won't take long (I hope) it is hard to get back into the groove after being Les Mills deficent for a few weeks...lol... See you soon

Sorry it took me so long to respond! Crazy busy with work and my little boy. Thank you for saying I made our training fun! That was very sweet. i loved you and had so much fun getting to know you. I ended up getting my certification in Jam. It is the toughest thing I have ever done. So hard to memorize every new release. Great workout though. I'm gladyou're enjoying Pump. I'm still teaching that once a week.
How has Jam gone over at the refinery? Did any of the instructors follow through and get certified?
