Thanks for getting in touch and for the birthday wishes!!!
We just had a huge Super Sampler Launch to release all the new stuff...a 2 hour class with all 7 program....did it in one day at both gym....we are still "buzzin" and still sore, too!!! It was a hit with the members, though....sign up was full 2 weeks before the launch! So, we are trying to decide if we will do it every time or just once a year. It's so much work, but it's all so much FUN. Wish you were still here to be part of the team.
Whatcha think of the new Flow? Just taught it entirely Tuesday....think it's a good one!
