Update 5/27

I'm so excited I passed my BODY STEP video! I'm now "official". Can't wait for the feedback on JAM. If you're in the southcentral region I'll be seeing you at the Nashville Quarterly in June. Please come say "hi" especially if your on my friends side bar.

I've just completed BODY JAM and I believe I have probably completed my Les Mills certifications! What a blast (okay and a lot of hard work!!) it's been! I LOVE BODY STEP. It is becoming my favorite program though I am a "natural" jammer. I love to dance! I am so glad to have taken BODY PUMP first as I feel like I have the foundation to build on with the other programs. I look forward to getting stronger.

My main "job" is that of a mother to a little sweet baby boy. I will post pictures soon.

I look forward to staying connected to the Les Mills family.
